Personal and business enquiries are welcome. Eligible finished configurations are available from one piece; the final size, material and fittings are confirmed before ordering.

1. Send your measurements: doorway width and height with units, a photo, required quantity, destination country and postal code.
2. Review your quote: confirm the finished configuration, included fittings, product price and shipping charge. Any applicable duties or taxes and who pays them must be clarified before ordering.
3. Confirm production: retail production can be completed within 2 days after the dimensions, configuration and order are confirmed. The production start date is confirmed with your order; this is not a delivery-time promise.
4. Confirm delivery: shipping options and estimated transit time are quoted separately for your destination.

Check the final dimensions, units, configuration and included fittings before approving your order. We review measurement changes, product-quality concerns and transit damage individually, using the confirmed order and the available evidence. Any proposed remedy, return arrangement or additional cost will be explained after review; please confirm the applicable order terms before purchasing.

Dimensions entered incorrectly

Contact us as soon as you notice an error, preferably before production starts. Send the order reference, original and corrected measurements, units and doorway photos. If production has already started or the curtain has been made, alteration or replacement options and any additional cost need a separate review.

Product-quality concerns

Send your order reference and clear overview and close-up photos or a short video showing the issue. Describe how the supplied item differs from the confirmed configuration and whether it has been installed or altered, so we can review the next step.

Transit damage

Keep the packaging and shipping labels, and photograph the outer carton, internal protection and affected parts. Contact us promptly with the order reference and delivery details. Please discuss the next step with us before arranging a return shipment.
